Honduras Copan - Medium/Dark Roast
A medium-dark roast single-origin coffee grown in the Copan region of Honduras. It is smooth and balanced, and the tasting notes remind us of berries and milk chocolate. At the farm, only the ripe coffee cherries are meticulously hand picked every 7 to 8 days during the harvest season. By carefully selecting only the ripe coffee cherries over the 4 month period, the resulting coffee bean produces a very clean cup with a robust natural sweetness and smooth finish. On first sip, this coffee has a sweet, mild acidity similar to a berry and it finishes with a smooth, creamy mouthfeel, similar to milk chocolate.
